FireDesk Terms of Service

Effective 5 November 2026

These terms apply to your use of FireDesk, a desktop app for browsing and managing Firebase and Firestore projects, provided by Sinovadigi ("we"). By installing or using FireDesk, you agree to them. If you use FireDesk for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

Your account

You need an account to use FireDesk. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use FireDesk according to your plan. We keep all rights in the app. You may not resell it, share license keys, get around plan limits or update signatures, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

Your projects and data

You keep all rights to your data. FireDesk acts on your Firebase and Google Cloud projects using the credentials you provide, so you are responsible for:

Acceptable use

Do not use FireDesk to break the law, access data without permission, harm or overload any service, or interfere with FireDesk's servers or other users.

Plans and payments

Some features need a paid plan or license key. Prices and what each plan includes are provided before you buy. If you have a billing problem, contact us. Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights the law gives you.

Updates and changes

FireDesk may offer updates, which can add, change or remove features. We may also change or stop the service. If a change significantly reduces what you have paid for, we will give you notice where we reasonably can.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Ending your use

You can stop using FireDesk at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, FireDesk is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for FireDesk in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.

Changes to these terms

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If you keep using FireDesk after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
